These terms govern your use of Dailica. By browsing the site, using its tools or sending us a message, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who these terms are between
"We", "us" and "the site" mean Dailica and the people who run it. "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site. If you need to reach us about anything in these terms, use the contact page.
2. Using the site
You may read, print and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote a short extract elsewhere provided you credit Dailica and link back to the page you took it from.
You may not:
- republish our articles, tables or datasets in bulk, in any language, whether or not you credit us;
- scrape, crawl or harvest the site by automated means, or copy its structure or database;
- present our material as your own, or use it to train or fine-tune a model without written permission;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its admin area;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other readers.
3. Content and ownership
The articles, layout, design and compiled data on this site belong to Dailica unless stated otherwise on the page.
Some material on the site belongs to other people and is used on those owners' terms: brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; product photographs and specifications belong to the manufacturers; and openly licensed reference material — such as text derived from Wikipedia, which is used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence — is credited and linked on the page where it appears. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of ownership over another company's marks.
If you own material that you believe has been used here wrongly, write to us with the page link and proof of ownership and we will remove or credit it promptly.
4. Accuracy of prices, rates and specifications
A large part of this site is reference data: mobile and car prices, gold, currency and commodity rates, fuel prices, prayer timings, weather and calendar conversions. These change constantly and are compiled from third-party sources.
We take reasonable care, but we give no guarantee that any figure is current, complete or correct at the moment you read it. Every figure here is indicative and meant for comparison and planning. Before you buy, sell, travel, invest or file anything, confirm the figure directly with the dealer, bank, exchange, retailer or government department concerned.
5. Not professional advice
Nothing published on Dailica is financial, investment, legal, medical or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Religious material is reproduced from its sources for reference; for a ruling on your own situation, consult a qualified scholar. For health, money or legal matters, consult a qualified professional. Any decision you take on the basis of what you read here is yours.
6. What you send us
When you send us a message, tip, correction or any other material, you confirm that it is yours to send and that it is lawful, and you give us permission to use it in our reporting, including publishing it in whole or in part, unless you clearly ask us not to. Do not send confidential information you are not free to share. We may decline, edit or ignore any submission.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The site is funded by advertising and may carry ads served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Those networks, not us, choose which ads you see; how they use cookies is described in our privacy policy.
We also link out to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and neither is an advertisement.

We try to keep the site up and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site — including any page, tool or dataset — at any time, without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dailica is not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profit, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of the site, from reliance on anything published here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
